Design a handout to submit about the topic Team Training. Think of it as
advertising a training program that you would want to sell to a company. Make
it look professional and include information regarding how this training will be
useful to employees. Your handout should be 1-2 pages of content. For
example, if you use a tri-fold handout format, you will have information about
the training on each side of a piece of paper and then it would fold into thirds
and there would be information in each section you unfold. If you choose a
single-page flyer handout format, you can organize your information about the
training on one or two pages (two pages would make it a single-sheet, front
and back handout). You will be graded upon the quality of the information
provided and the reference support used to substantiate that information
(evidence that supports why this training is beneficial). You also will want to
incorporate an eye-catching design to “sell” the training and catch the eye of
potential customers/clients. Use empirical articles from high-quality journals to
gather relevant and useful information. For all the articles that you use,
provide the full citation, in APA format, on the handout or on a separate
reference page if it is too crowded.
