Instructions:
1. Create a teambuilding activity within an existing or an imaginary company using the following parameters:
a. Budget of $8,000 or less
b. Developed for a team between 7 and 20 members
2. Create a presentation detailing the organization and the team (use your imagination)
a. What is the name of the company?
b. What kind of team is it?
c. What are the team’s goals and objectives?
d. Explain if there is a high degree of interdependence and reasoning.
e. Explain the stage of development the team is in.
f. Describe the types of problems the team has. For example, conflict, lack of trust lack of cohesion, etc.
3. Give a detailed explanation to your audience about your teambuilding exercise. Explain how this exercise will benefit your team. Explain what this exercise will “fix” or “promote”, and how it will do so.
4. Submit a typed itinerary of the even or events to be held on your “Teambuilding” day.
5. Submit a detailed budget. Consider all costs of conducting the teambuilding exercise.
6. Presentation your teambuilding analysis and exercise between a 7 – 10 minutes presentation, with additional time to answer questions and receive feedback from the class.
