-I wrote 4 Action Plans I need 6 more ( 10 Action Plans )
Details about Action Plans
Action plans are specific.
Each action plan has its own target market. e., magazine readers, TV viewers, salesforce, etc.
Each action plan must be tied to a specific goal or objective set forth in the Goals & Objectives section. Identify it.
For TV ads, identify reach and frequency. Reach: # of people who wil see the ad. Frequency: # of times the ad runs.
Explain the budget. You cannot simply state a number. Cite sources. Ex. TV ad during The Voice, 12.7 million viewers (zap2it.com) @ $294,038(adage.com). 10 ads x $294,038 = $2,940,380
Research the true costs for the budgets. You can’t allocate $500 for a newspaper ad if the real cost is $5,000. Look for media kits on a magazine’s website.
Give a rich description so that the implementer of the plan knows what to do. If you are using magazine advertising, name the magazine(s), the number of ads, and the real costs.
Note: Is this plan a marketing plan or an operational plan? It is easy to get confused. Ask yourself if what you are proposing can be paid for out of the marketing budget. If not, it is probably not considered marketing’s responsibility.
Action Plan* Outline
Objective: What will this program accomplish?
Target Market: At which market or markets is this program aimed?

Description of the Program: What are the steps being taken to accomplish the objective? A rich, detailed description is required.
Who: Who is responsible for carrying out this program? (Name of person or job title)
Timing: When will the program take place? (Start and stop dates)
Budget: How much will the program cost?
Measurement: How will the effectiveness of the program be measured? How will the company know that it was successful?

*There are 10 action plans in the project.
