Your paper should explain the following about your agency.
 how the policies are implemented, (informal and formal policy identification)
 discuss the policies that guide the company
 application or non-application of strategic planning
 how employees are managed, management and leadership styles, organizational structure
 how the agency handles public involvement
 describe Environmental Justice or Equity
