Distribution: Tell us the overall prevalence (how common) AND the MOST impacted group by gender, age, race and one other factor.
Determinants: Tell us 2 MAIN determinants. One should be an SDoH (income, community, education) and one should be a Behavior (what can the person do better)
CREATIVE Intervention: Tell us a slogan, campaign idea or event idea to help your problem.
Partner: Who do you need to make this happen. These are the hands on people. Do NOT say doctors, nurses or teachers will do it for free! Think of people in training, institutions, companies etc that may donate hours.
Funding: Name a company (not a nonprofit or grant or government source) that would be a fun and creative source of money. For example, Titos for a no drinking and driving ad, Trojan’s condoms for a sex-ed campaign. You cannot say “donations, go-fund me, etc
