Each student will prepare a sample Action Plan to present to the class. Each student will complete the plan and then create either a powerpoint, prezi or other type of presentation for the group. Each presentation should be recorded (via Zoom or Audio or audio video recording) and should be at least 10 minutes in length and no more than 15 minutes in duration. The outline for this assignment should be largely portions of the annual agreement documentation and as covered withinTransformative Counselor Textbook. Please, upload the recorded presentation.
**I would recommend using the TN report card as a starting point. You can look up your school and see what goals could be made based on the data presented for your chosen school. For example. You may want to see a 10% increase in TCAP scores, promotion rates, graduation rates, ACT scores, etc. Using page 202 under the Annual Administrative Conference and using measure on pages 246 – 249 will provide a great tool to help align with the annual administrative conference document for your action plan presentation. I think it is a good tool because it gives details and questions to consider within the action plan. For the priorities that are listed as attachments, make sure you address these in the presentation but you do not need to include these as documents. Also, make sure you look at the rubric that will be used for grading.
