Book: “Revisiting Professional Learning Communities at Work: Proven Insights for Sustained Substantive School Improvement” by Richard DuFour, Rebecca DuFour, Robert Eaker, Mike Mattos, Anthony Muhammad. 2021, Solution Tree Press (2nd Ed).
For each chapter of the following chapters, complete the 4 points listed below:
Chapter 10, pages 314- 326
1. Identify 5 specific points/ideas you felt were most important in the reading and explain why?
2. Points/Ideas in Action: List and discuss three real life examples of when you experienced the points above in action. (Minimum 3). Include what “specific” leadership skills/responsibilities were evident or lacking that made the example successful or unsuccessful. Add artifacts, videos, pictures, as needed.
3. Application of the Points/Ideas: Discuss and identify how you will apply three of the skills in your practice as a building leader. (Minimum 3).
4. Develop at least one comprehension question related to the reading to ask the class.
