Please read the case study and respond in a paper formatted in APA format and following the guidelines from the syllabus, which are pasted below for your reference. If you submit and realize that you want to recant that submission and make another, just do it. Only the most recent submission from you will be kept.
The case is found below. I hope it is legible. If not, let me know and I will see what I can do.
I want to know what opportunities this company should follow, what should they do (in a CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP sense) to augment their business. This is not the case that is listed in the syllabus for this week but I felt that this one is better for our purposes this week. There are a lot of pages but most of them are tables.
From the Syllabus:
Case Studies:
During the term students will be required to analyze several case studies for discussion posts and as
specific assignments. These should not be summaries of the case/company facts or the dilemmas that
are facing the companies. Rather, students can assume that the reader is familiar with the case
meaning that there is no need to include a summary of the situation. The best write-ups will:
a) Compellingly analyze the key dilemmas facing the company,
b) Incorporate various course topics within the response,
c) Assess/critique the company’s performance,
d) Provide a well-supported recommendation on steps the company should take in the future.
e) Your reviews should be less than three (3) pages in length and no shorter than one (1) page. The
reviews should also be formatted using the APA 7th Edition Style Manual and are due as
described in the syllabus.
To properly review Case Studies please follow these seven steps:
1. The case study is an in-depth project that will require you to go above and beyond merely finding the results of other people’s work and discussing these points. You might have to conduct your own research and share your findings in your paper.
2. Research your case. Like any other research paper, many sources are required in order to strengthen your case study.
3. Analyze and organize your information. Before you can begin the writing process, you should have a good idea of what direction your paper will take based on your findings. Part of the organization process should include listing your sources for the reference page.
4. Prepare the title page. This should include the title, running head, author, byline, institutional affiliation, and author note. Also, as APA style requires you to number each page, include this as page one.
5. Write the body of your case study. A thorough discussion of your research and findings should be written in an engaging way. Remember that a case study is supposed to provide a solution to an existing problem, so your paper should tell a story using formal language, allowing the reader to reach your conclusion along with you.
6. Organize the reference page. You are required to include a reference page with all your sources when writing in APA style. This should be written in alphabetical order by author and include pertinent information such as article name, publication name, website and year, among other things, depending on the type of source. Format this page with a hanging indent, where the first line is flush left and all subsequent lines are indented one half-inch from the margin.
