you are going to go critically reflect on two essays and show how you exemplified certain strageis when it comes to the rubric that I would provide.
Some things you could talk about:
Flow (What does this mean? What did you do in your essays to achieve this?)
Controlling purpose (What is your controlling purpose? How did it come about?)
Clarity (What do we mean by clarity? How did you make things clear for your reader in your essays?)
Disciplinary writing (In what way did your writing mirror things you read about?)
Discourse community (Do you see yourself as writing for a discourse community? How do your essays suit a particular discourse community?)
Intertextuality (Is your writing intertextual? How does intertextuality relate to the purpose of your writing?)
Ownership: Do you feel as if you have ownership over your writing? Why or why not? Do you feel as if you own a particular passage or essay more than the other?
Goals: is your writing in this course related to your goals in college? In life?
Demonstrating PAR outcomes: Does your writing demonstrate the course outcomes? Why or why not?
Remember that you should cite specific passages that help demonstrate the above. You should also explain before/after the passage how your writing demonstrates the featureMake sure to cite specifically where you found an example of what you talking about ex: essay 2 paragraph 3. The critical reflect has to be at least 7 paragraphs. us the rubric to help guide you tropic and ideas. Have to Use two pieces of evidence/examples for each paragraph.
