Please submit a short statement (250 words maximum) about your proposed topic/theme for your final project.
Your proposal should include what you intend to investigate in your photo project. Project proposals are excellent tools. Writing one will help you understand the essence of your upcoming project more clearly, which will allow you to create the work itself with more ease.
Include the following information:
working title for project
what are your goals for this project? do you need any resources, equipment, or help from collaborators to make this happen?
what have you done so far? is there existing research or photo work that you’d like to build on?
why does the topic you’ve chosen particularly interest you?
how will you approach continuing your project from this point? (are there important technical, conceptual, or logistical factors to consider?)
how will you focus your project?
are there any details/plans related to the format, layout, aesthetic choices or content of your forthcoming book dummy that you’d like to share?
are there any examples from your previous work that are relevant to this project?

There will be room for your project to evolve over time, but the more time you spend on this, the more we will have to discuss in our 1:1 meeting to set you on the right track–so I recommend taking this step in the process seriously.
