Introduction/Executive Summary – Write this section last. This is similar to an abstract of an academic paper. The Introduction should include a brief overview of the entire proposal including the issue, recommendations, and outcomes. (5 points)
Problem Statement – Provide a description of the management issue including proper context. This section should include background information that helps explain how the issue formed, such as the history of the issue, whom the issue affects at what level of sport, and a few examples. Also, include key elements and statistics that explain the intensity of the issue. (5 points)
Impact – Describe the positive and/or negative impacts of the issue. Discuss the long-term implications of the issue and how any significant interventions would change the issue. Finally, include any recommendations for addressing the issue, yours, and experts. (10 points)
Conclusion – Summarize the issue including your overall thoughts. (5 points)
References – Provide the list of references used in your paper. You should use 10 resources, APA format. (5 points)
Overall Grammar – Use of correct grammar, spelling, and the overall flow of the paper. (5 points)
As a frame of reference papers should land between 4-6 pages double spaced.
