Question
In Week 1, you developed a testable problem to explore for your grant-funded policy research. This week, you take the next step in thinking systematically about how you will go about your research in terms of the strategy to employ, sources of data, collection methods, and analysis.
Document your research design in 350 to 700 words. Include the following sections:
Research Purpose
Articulate what you aim to achieve in your research and why it is important.
Research Questions
Fine-tune the research questions developed in Week 1 to clearly state the questions that your research will answer.
Data Collection Techniques
Explain the methods, tools, and sources you will employ to gather data needed to support your research.
Connect your chosen techniques to the research questions. How will these techniques provide the data you need?
Presentation of Findings
Describe how you will present your data, analysis, and findings to most effectively influence the change pursued in your research.
Explain the roles of each stakeholder in determining the policies related to your research.
Incorporate feedback received from the instructor for Week 1 project deliverables.
Cite at least 8 to 10 credible references to support your research design.
Format your citations according to APA guidelines.
