explore and explain at least three data resources found through TWU Library / Subject guides / Informatics to learn about Denton, TX. You’ll be looking for data about population, income, and key economic indicators. This part of the assignment will be different, as you’ll be looking for information about a town, rather than focusing on your chosen term.
Describe each of the data resources overall in terms of topic, format, and usability. Focus on the IR process and mechanisms set up to help the new researcher.
Look for data on the following: population, income, and key economic indicators, and document your process in such a way that I (or someone else) can replicate your results. This is actually MORE important with datasets, because so often (as with the Bureau of Labor Statistics), the results are the result of a query and cannot be saved – it’s more complex in some ways, more flexible.
Describe the data you have retrieved from each of your investigations in terms of what it describes. Please be specific rather than general: a sample record from the set would help but does not replace writing about your results.

For each of the three different data resources you use, evaluate data and source for age and authority. See if you can determine when the data was compiled, and who did the compilation.
