Your task: Create a voice-over presentation with the company leadership as your intended audience. Platforms you may want to consider using is Canvas Studio, PowerPoint, YouTube, Screen-Cast-O-Matic, Zoom or any other that you are comfortable with.
What to include:
The results of the needs assessment and how those results led you to choose your topics/programs.
Description of program A- Physical Health (program planning model & behavior change theory used, incentives, evaluation plan, etc.)
Educational materials for physical health (could be a screen share of social media posts or fact sheets you created a video you created, etc.) Explanation of why you chose that method based on your employee population.
Description of program B- Mental Health (program planning model & behavior change theory used, incentives, evaluation plan, etc.)
Educational materials for mental health (could be a screen share of social media posts or fact sheets you created a video you created, etc.) Explanation of why you chose that method based on your employee population.
