Essay Content (12 points)
The content of the essay should address ALL the questions listed below. The questions serve as a guide to your reflection process. If you would like to share any other reflective thoughts that are not covered by the questions, feel free to include them in the essay. If you are not certain about the relevance of your additional thoughts, please ask the instructor for advice. Please address the questions with details and specific examples. The examples should come from your own experiences or research, and they must be different from the ones on the lecture slides and in the textbook.

What did you learn from this OPM101 course that can be applied to your work or life, or can help your life/work decisions? Provide your own examples.
Reflection on Your Study Process (This part should cover approximately 20% – 30% of the essay)
Did the course require more or less effort than you thought it would?
What did you find most frustrating and rewarding?
What could you have done to improve your learning outcome or your learning experiences?

Essay Organization and Flow (5 points)
You don’t need to respond to the questions in order. And you should avoid formatting the essay as rote responses to each question and repeating information through the essay unnecessarily. Create a nice flow for the content and organize the essay to highlight the most interesting and valuable thoughts.
The organization of the essay will be judged based on:
Clear organization
Logical and smooth flow of content
Well-developed, focused paragraphs
No unnecessary repetition of information
