In the file is what I wrote for my care plan. And here is the feedback of my instructions to what I should write more about, so what I want is corrections and more emphasis on the info.
Your care plan is still missing a lot of information. For example, under “Diagnostics” in the Patho section you wrote “potential neurological or vascular complication” you need to explain what those complications are…paralysis, muscle atrophy, decreased bone density, vertigo, tinnitus, dizziness, etc. You need to show us you would know what to look for if your patient had this injury. Also, your patient had expressive aphasia not “expiration aplasia.” Further into your care plan you said she had chronic dysarthria which is slurred speech. Under the “Generate Solutions” section when asked “Things to avoid” you wrote “Nothing” but I’m sure you can think of some potential problems someone with a C1 fracture could experience and how they may avoid those problems such as falling and list ways you could help prevent the patient from falling. Your medication section is not complete, Lovenox and Enoxaprin are the same medication, Gabapentin is for nerve pain, and Rocephin is an antibiotic. You did not answer each question in the care plan template and in the sections you did answer, your answers are not complete. I would like you to make corrections and resubmit your care plan
