Actually, I did a job interview today with a businessman ( owner of Engineering Consulting Co.),
Currently, I’m working in Engineering Consulting Co. but much better than his Co.
He likes me and my experience, and I passed the interview, but he told me I will send you our company profile and give me a proposal and ideas and let me know if you want to work only for the salary or if you want plus to get projects in the market and will give you a profit % and he will support financially.
– He has seven branches in our country and said let me know if you can manage all or some areas or if you want to be in one branch ++ plus +
– He said to me (read our profile and give me one or 2 good ideas for the future we can implement) based on our profile.
To be honest, I don’t have that much experience in managing multiple projects, but I can try and he will support me; also, I don’t have much communication to get new projects, but I have a friend and I told the owner about him and said OK, we can work as group ( sharing), me and my friend to get and manage projects.
I need to help me decide and give one or two good ideas based on the profile. ( Proposal)
He is waiting for my decision and needs a proposal. He said when ready, meet me any Saturday to discuss it and take the next steps. The company’s profile is attached.
