How do we integrate the effects of trauma exposure so that we become effective trauma stewards?” Reflect on these questions and address the three strategies outlined in chapter 5 to help create personal and professional change from the inside out. • In what ways can you be more open to inquiry regarding the students that you are working with? • How can you begin to implement more self-care into your life?
• What can you do to practice more patience both with your students and yourself?
