**PART 1** Please post the top three choices for your management research paper and presentation for approval to this link. Topics will be on a first come first received basis. If no selection is made by the end of week 1, you will be assigned a topic.
Topics for selection will be found on page 6 of the course syllabus. Only those topics may be used.
Research Paper: One of the best ways to learn leadership is through studying leadership issues. For this project, students will prepare:
A scholarly-researched paper on a major leadership issue organizations face today (see topics below).
A voice-over power point presentation on the selected leadership issue chosen.

How to deal with whiners and complainers in the workplace
How to build team cohesiveness in the workplace
What effect can an aging workforce have on an organization
How to manage a multi-generational workforcehase 1 should include:
**PART 2**Title Page
Table of Contents (use headers suggested in the course syllabus)
Leave a blank page for an Abstract – this was done last
Introduction – 1 – 2 pages, clearly describing the purpose of the paper
Background – 1 – 2 pages. Background information of the issue/topic being researched (a SWOT analysis may be used).
Reference page – Minimum of 5 topic-related scholarly articles. Articles may be discarded as you continue writing your paper if they are not used. At this time, they do not have to be cited in-text if not used. This is so that I can review Reference page formatting and that scholarly articles are being used. All articles must have authors and dates.
To receive feedback, Phase I must be posted on time.Do not forget to visit the Discussion Board forum for a weekly check-in and progress report.
