Scenario:
You are one of the teachers at the “Together We Can Academy”. At each of the staff/faculty meetings, the Director/Principal asks the teachers to lead a discussion based on an article of their choosing. (This actually happens at many schools). The Director/Principal has asked the staff at the beginning of the school year to submit a list of topics that they would like to discuss. Oh No! It will be your turn at the next faculty/staff meeting so now you need to prepare. The topic for this week is transitions. The transitions here is between activities in the classroom or building (not from preschool to kindergarten) and needs to be relevant to children birth-third grade (8-years-old).
