You work as an assistant to Lucy Martin, the Division Manager of the San Diego Health Care Supplies Company. The organization made it through a very difficult time caused by the COVID-19 in spring 2020. Recent revenue reports in January 2021 show a 50% increase in revenue over the 9 month period. San Diego Health Care Supplies Company was able to meet the high demand for protective gear for health care workers during the crisis.
Lucy wants to reward all four local managers with a special weekend getaway. Lucy has selected her 2 favorite locations. She is asking you to compare the 2 destinations and recommend the one that meets the business in a formal analytical report based on your research.
Lucy is giving you a few guidelines:
The group of 4 will leave San Diego on Friday morning March 5, 2021, returning Monday night March 8, 2021.
Transportation is necessary from the company office.
Hotel accommodations are necessary for Lucy and her team.
A high end restaurant will be needed for a celebratory group dinner on Saturday March 6, 2021. One guest is a vegetarian.
Some sort of group outdoor activity will be needed during the day for Saturday March 6, 2021. Ideally, a team building activity.
Other activities should be available for the team members to enjoy at the location.
