You will find a documentary on KanopyLinks to an external site. and write a research paper about the social issue the documentary addresses while analyzing the way the documentary explores the social issue as a primary text. You will use the documentary as your jumping-off point for exploring the social issue while also revealing how the documentary works. You can critique the methods of the documentary if you wish.

* Your first milestone will be researching and assembling an annotated bibliography of five database sources. An annotated bibliography will be like a Works Cited page but will also include a brief paragraph after each citation – this is an annotation.
* Must include: an annotation for each source of at least 150 words each; All five sources must be derived from an MSJC database
