Change Agent Advice
As a member of an organization, you will or have participated in organizational change. Your involvement in the change process may be mandated or you may choose to seek it out. Sometimes you will be asked to take on the role of change leader; become a member of a team implementing the change; take on an advisory role; or, you may find yourself a recipient of a change initiative. In this discussion consider each of the above listed roles and based on what you have learned throughout the courses provide three main points of advice for each of the four roles that would help others deal with change more effectively based on the role.
Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories, which require supporting citations along with two scholarly peer-reviewed references in supporting your answer. Keep in mind that these scholarly references can be found in the Saudi Digital Library by conducting an advanced search specific to scholarly references.
