Managing stress is very important this can cause safety and health concerns.

Nurses need to well be equipped with essential knowledge and skills to manage crises (Dubai Med J 2020). This can lead to many nurses to work longer hours and are fighting on the frontlines to safeguard the lives of everyone has been infected with this deadly virus. These nurses manage large amount of responsibility one being providing holistic care for all types of patients. Nurses are leaving the healthcare industry and raise high level of concern that can adversely affect a patient’s care (C. Doris, 2019).
Health care is changing every day and to execute these changes we need Nurses. The Ethical dilemma in nursing shortage is causing shortages in hospitals, but also in the classroom. Studies have shown that there is a low rate of students enrolling in this demanding field, due to an insufficient number of faculty, clinical sites, and clinical preceptors, as well as budget constraints. Several factors contribute to the shortage, the enrollment is not growing fast enough to stop these shortages (Rossiter R, 2022).
