“Learning needs” is a term that describes the gap between the learner’s current level of knowledge and skills, and the level of knowledge and skills required to perform a task or a set of tasks. The actual needs of learners differ, as do the instructional methods employed to meet those needs. In this discussion you will reflect on your own needs as a learner, as well as those that you believe will be addressed in the instructional plan you are creating throughout this course.
