for the final part i attached a draft that has the instructions of the assignment and it contains the topics that u can talk about
Overall the work is fluently written, well structured and aligned with the stages of the Gibbs model.
You demonstrate some honest and thoughtful reflection on your feelings, with a good level of self-insight and self-awareness.
Some attempt to connect to concepts covered on the module – i.e. ‘social loafing’ and the ‘Ringlemann effect’ although your sources are not referenced in text or in the final reference list?
Good overall action plan with some tangible steps to improve future performance.
Areas for development:
It would be useful to begin with a brief introduction to set the scene and give context to the purpose of the task, stating you will be using the Gibbs model to aid your reflection.
Your work needs improvement with literature to support your reflection – see comments, for example, you note there were not clear roles, you could elaborate and link to the theory i.e Belbin.
You begin your reflection highlighting challenges such as
communication problems and
Learning styles, however these are not explored in depth later? The aspect of cross-cultural communication is vague.
You must references your sources in text – see comments and please refer to the Cite Them Right Online guide for extended guidance on referencing.

Select the ‘Harvard’ style to find out how to reference using the Harvard referencing style.
Remember whilst your reflective writing is based on personal experience, it also needs to draw on other sources (academic literature/theory) if you are to better understand your experience. Although you attempt to do this to some extent, integration of theory/literature to support is missing.
See comments about improving references, also the references included in your final reference list do not appear in text? You must improve this for the next assignment.
